A slow, meditative vinyasa practice guided by the breath. This class emphasizes subtle body awareness, nervous-system regulation, insight, and embodied presence as we reconnect with the body’s innate wisdom and integrate that deeper essence into the rhythm of daily life. Each session closes with a restorative sound bath to support integration.
Yogic Breath & Sound Bath Meditation

at the Miami Beach Botanical Garden
This immersive soothing sound session is designed to soothe the nervous system and support deep rest. The vibrations of sound help ease tension in the body and invite the nervous system into a more restorative state, offering moments of insight and a deeper connection to the body’s innate wisdom. The effects of this practice often continue throughout the day and sometimes into the week. Gentle breathwork and at times loving kindness meditation may also be woven into these sessions.

Through this inward attention, we reconnect with the body’s innate wisdom and integrate that deeper essence into the rhythm of daily life. Each session closes with a longer savasana to rest deeply and absorb the nurturing energy of the garden, supporting integration.
