It has been shown that having a sense of community allows us to follow through and become more consistent with a practice as challenging as meditation. You can join for 3 minutes or the full hour.

Yogic Breath & Sound Bath Meditation

SUNDAYS | 9:30-10

at the Miami Beach Botanical Garden

Once we begin to manipulate the breath through yogic breathing practices, stilling the revolutions of the mind becomes more accessible. This all-levels practice is a journey inward through the breath and an opportunity to experience a sense of calm with the assistance of deeply relaxing harmonic set of crystal sound bowls.

Virtual Mindfulness Book Club Community 

SATURDAYS - 9:30 1hr

on Zoom

Learn to train the mind, discover a deeper sense of joy and calm. After each class there will be time for sharing & questions. These classes are an opportunity to connect with community as much as it is about deepening and strengthening our meditation practice.

This class is filled with deep stretches, twists, balancing poses, and breath work to reduce stress, reduce the revolutions of the mind and connect us to our being. Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to find parking. Shaded space is limited.
